Royal Red Semi-Dwarf Honeycrisp Apple Tree

Similar to its parent, the famous Honeycrisp Apple, the Royal Red Honeycrisp is more uniformly red, sweeter, and has better storage capacity than its parent. A cross between Honeycrisp and Enterprise, it features great disease resistance and a fantastic balance of sweet and tart flavor.

Royal Red is best grown in zones 4-8 and it requires a pollinator since it is not self fertile. Best pollinators are Gold Rush, Gala, McIntosh, Fuji, Pink Lady & Red Delicious apple trees. Mature height & width is 8-12'. Our apple trees are 3 year trees that our sold in 5 gallon lines and are approximately 6' tall and have a trunk of approximately 1.5".
