Cabela's Big Game Hunter 6 brings you the exciting world of our Big Game Hunter Series, now with fully three-dimensional graphics and live-action video.

When you're not trophy hunting, you can test your marksmanship on rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, coyotes and opossums. Your outings will span Colorado, New Mexico, Mississippi and Canada and allow you to explore a variety of realistic terrains in each state. Authentic Cabela's gear including lures, calls, cover scents, rangefinders, decoys, hunting blinds and treestands will aid you in harvesting that trophy of a lifetime. Driveable vehicles make it easy to reach your hunting destinations quickly. Choose from 13 firearms and three bows to match your hunting style. An expert hunter will give you advice before you hit the field and a game warden will make sure you abide by the hunting laws and regulations of each state. Pick from six hunter variations, choose to aim at live videos or three-dimensional simulations and select from three game modes to customize your hunting experience.

Subject: Works on RECENT machines!!

'Only works on older machines'... No! This game also works on recent machines. On condition that you delete the file 'Mssa3d2.m3d' which is in
the 'Miles' folder of the game! It is this file, and only this file, which is incompatible with recent Windows, not the game. DELETE THIS FILE!!
'Mssa3d2.m3d' is used to manage the old Aureal A3D 2 audio standard not used by our audio systems.

First run 'CabConf.exe' for the recognition of your hardware. In 1600x1200, on my Windows 7-64 bit, there is a bug with the bottom toolbar. No
problem. Turn 1280x1024 and it works, no more bug! If the first 2 lines of the graphics options in the game are blocked (another bug!), go to the game
folder, open 'CabelaBGH.cfg' (with Notepad) and set the resolution on the 3rd and 4th lines.
Big Game Hunter 6 was a very nice game for the time and even now. If you like hunting, this is a game to play.
