Before I started to learn research methodology, I couldn’t validate the researches and having no knowledge of how studies were conducted. Even more, having no idea why these methods were chosen. But learning about this methodology has changed my perspective.

It was perspective-changing

I started to learn this course while moving forward on my statistics specialization that I enrolled in. And the results could be seen in a few weeks. Consequently, I had way more knowledge of the use of statistics and having knowledge about research validity. Even more, having information on sampling methods helped me understand what is wrong about covid cases in my home country. Furthermore, studies that are being told on the news. Unfortunately, they were still wrong, and finding the reasons for their mistakes saved me from a lot of hassle to prove it.

Helped me to understand statistics better

Because one of the main focuses on research methodology lies in sampling, learning about different samples helps to understand the use of statistics. Even more, it can help you with sampling distributions, central limit theorem, and hypothesis testing. When I look back, I can confidently tell that the course I take on research methodology helped me understand major concepts in statistics. It can be much easier to grasp if you take the research methodology in the first place.

It helped me to detect the mistakes in each research

Research methodology helps you detect false information all the time. Especially when we’re in the height of a pandemic and many studies are being published. Consequently, it can give you information about what should be done under different circumstances. Even more, providing various solutions could help you get over adverse situations.
