The absolutely lovely Kai did a drawing of one of my favourite scenes (of which there are many) from my fic Thieves of Mercy, wherein Crowley is a thoroughly modern cat-burglar and Aziraphale is a far more traditional art forger. Think Good Omens meets Leverage :D
“A net? Really?”
Fell smiled innocently up at him, clad in an old-fashioned velvet-looking dressing gown, hands folded over his belly. “You did say it would all depend on what my security looked like next time.”
Crowley made a face at him through the cords of the net. He’d come in a different window, in case the bugger had made adjustments there, padded the palms of his gloves to blunt the stings hidden in the window ledge, hadn’t even touched the floor, balancing on the window frame like an idiot.
And then hit some kind of mechanism hidden in the wall beside the window and ended up suspended from a pulley system on the ceiling.
That was four hours ago.
“Good rope,” he had to admit. He’d tried sawing through the cables, but whatever it was made of, it blunted the blade of his knife. He hadn’t even brought the little mini-torch to see if he could burn through it, but had already made a note for next time.
“Yes, I thought so,” Fell said, a twinkle in his eye. “I had some around for more particular jobs.”
Swaying gently from side to side, Crowley squinted down at him. “Don’t suppose you’re going to let me down, then?”
“I don’t suppose you’re going to stop breaking and entering?”
“I was testing your security.”
The man actually laughed. Not even laughed. He tittered and wiggled his shoulders giddily. A criminal mastermind, giggling like a schoolboy. Crowley tried to keep looking irked, but in the face of Fell’s delight, it was bloody hard. The man smiled like day breaking, bright and warm and it was contagious.
A kinda quick study of one of my favourite shots in Good Omens and my favourite Aziraphale moment in the series.
This, right here, is a perfect example of how to use subtext to tell more about a character (spoiler alert, by the way): at the church scene, the wings of a sculpture right behind Aziraphale are in flames, and there’s a fallen cross at his feet. The entire shot also shows Crowley, standing, gazing at his angel surrounded by a darker and cooler background. With so much orange and burning colours going on in Aziraphale’s half, from Crowley’s side there’s a blue light cooling him down, like water in the middle of the desert.
I also find incredibly beautiful how classic both Aziraphale and Crowley are standing: the angel in a quite symmetrical, frontal view; the demon, in profile, almost out of camera. Given what’s happening at the moment, it feels like Crowley is giving Aziraphale some space to understand what’s going on (namely, his own fall and, in a matter of seconds, his falling *in love*), but keeping him cool with his blueish ambient.
If I’m not mistaken, the bag with Aziraphale’s books is right in the middle.
This could easily be a classical painting structure, if you ask me.
“How romantic,” the angel says, and then does this thing where the tips of his ears and cheekbones change colour - turn pink as a climbing rose (Crawly has a vague knowledge of roses and a generalized sense of dread that - centuries from now - he’s going to have Opinions on them).

Hello, I’m back again with more Good Omens fanart because every time @mia-ugly writes something I go feral.
So we’re all in agreement that Golgotha Crowley was a LOOK? Slowly banishing the art block, thank you Good Omens.
i think, in good omens fandom there are not enough fanarts about Aziraphale and Crowley as gardener and nanny!
