About
My strong academic background (MA '07; JD '09) has informed my diverse career path as influenced by my ardent spirit of volunteerism and my desire to improve our world, starting with our communities, local and global.
My formal training and qualifications have allowed me to work with many different organizations often as subject matter expert in areas including programs, policy, governance, strategy, education, evaluation, research, thought leadership and community engagement. These experiences and skills development opportunities combined with my commitment to human rights, IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility), safe, healthy and inclusive workplace culture, personal purpose and curiosity as a lifelong learner have led to my success in many places and many roles in the not-for-profit, philanthropic, and charitable sector.
I offer a unique combination of a passion for purpose and social good combined with my background, skills and experience that renders me a champion of good governance, rigour, and efficiency no matter the industry. I would prove an asset to any team that is, or strives to become, equal parts values-driven and impact-driven.
I am most inspired by opportunities that will allow me to bring my highly transferable skills and knowledge earned in over 15 years in the not-for-profit and charitable sector to a meaningful leadership role in any sector, improving workplace culture by prioritizing productive inclusive spaces with all voices respected and included to ensure relevant, ethical, meaningful, measurable, and legitimate social impact in our communities as the end goal.
