Kokedama is a centuries-old garden form, and it's making a comeback. This Japanese bonsai variety thrives indoors and makes a great hanging accent. It can grow in the same moss ball for many years. It will add the perfect decorative touch to your house, office, or patio.

More about your plants:

Ghost Echeveria (E. lilacina) (Kimnach & Moran): A favorite for its open rosette shape and distinctive lilac grey coloration. Its native habitats in Mexico are sheer cliff faces that get very little water. Despite extreme heat and drought, it can grow into a 7.0" wide, solitary rosette in these inhospitable conditions.

Crassula 'Jade Necklace' (Kimnach): Thick, disc-like leaves encase tall stems like beads on a string. The foliage is mostly green but has a sharp, red margin. It tends to bloom in fall with large clusters of tiny, pink to white flowers. This is a hybrid of C. perfoliata var. minor x C. rupestris ssp. marnieriana.
Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides) is not a true moss, but rather an epiphytic flowering plant that often grows upon larger trees in tropical and subtropical climates.

Panda Plant, Donkey Ears (Kalanchoe tomentosa) (Baker): A soft, velvety species from Madagascar. "Tomentose" refers to the fuzzy, felt-like coating of hairs that covers the whole plant and helps it survive dry, sunny conditions.

Terrarium Care:
Light : You can place your terrarium indoors our outdoors. Pick a bright location near a window or artificial light and try not to change. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Water: Pick up the moss ball and feel the weight and texture. If it is light and completely dry, place it in a bowl of clean water for 5-10 min. Allow the excess water to drain before putting it back into position. Do not water your terrarium, if it is heavy and damp.
Fertilizer : Not necessary
