COLEGAS offers La Escalera Program, to support Latinx community college practitioners prepare for the job application and interview process. Our goal is to increase Latinx representation in administration and faculty ranks throughout community colleges.
In our intentional effort to increase the numbers of Latinx professionals and La Escalera Program will provide individualized meetings with community college leaders to help in the following areas:

- Salary Negotiations

Volunteer
Become a Volunteer Coach for La Escalera
As a coach, you will lead one-on-one 30-minute sessions on weekends (either on Friday evenings, Saturday, or Sunday). Fill out our online form and join us!
