Deutsch: Concept-Map von Gottesbildern, nach Kark A. Kunkel u. a.: God Images: A Concept Map. Journal for the Scientific Study of Religion 38, 2 (1999): 193–202.
Die Teilnehmer der Studie, Studenten einer südwestamerikanischen Universität, wurden augefordert, maximal drei Worte auf die offene Frage "What is God Like?" aufzuschreiben. Eine unabhängige Gruppe identifizierte darin 85 einzelne Worte, die die gesamte Bandbreite der Antworten umfassten. Anschließend wurden die Teilnehmer aufgefordert, die 85 Worte ohne weitere Einschränkungen nach Ähnlichkeit zu sortieren. Daraus wurde mit Hilfe multidimensionaler Skalierung dieser zweidimensionale Datensatz erstellt; die Nähe zwischen einzelnen Punkten entspricht der Häufigkeit, mit der die Worte von den Teilnehmern ähnlich sortiert wurden. |
