On-Screen Keyboard not working in Citrix-Session

Hello,

 

I'm preparing a XenApp 7.14 Environment with Server 2016 VDAs.

I did discover that the Windows On-Screen Keyboard is not working in an ICA-Session. (Citrix Desktop)

 

I start the On-Screen Keyboard inside the Citrix Session (Desktop) through Start-Menu typing the command "OSK". (See attached Screenshot "OSK-1.png")

 

The On-Screen Keyboard does not start. Instead an error is displayed. (See attached Screenshot "OSK-2.png") The Screenshot was taken on german OS. The error reads "On-Screen Keyboard could not been started" and "On-Screen Keyboard does not work anymore" ...

 

The Windows Event-Viewer lists an entry about the error. (See attached Screenshot "OSK-3.png")

 

The On-Screen Keyboard does work without any problem, when connecting through RDP.

 

Am I the only one, who has this problem?
