Deutsch: Die Kolonnenbrücke in Berlin-Schöneberg führt den Straßenzug Kolonnen-/Dudenstraße über die Trassen der Nord-Süd-Fernbahn und der Anhalter Vorortbahn (S-Bahn). Sie bildet einen Ostausgang der von Gleisanlagen umschlossenen Roten Insel. Die Balkenbrücke wurde 1953/54 neu erbaut, die erste Brücke wurde 1841 errichtet. Das rote Gebäude ist das Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt).
English: The Kolonnenbrücke is a street-bridge of the Kolonnen-/Dudenstraße in Berlin-Schöneberg, Germany, crossing some train-lines. The bridge was built in 1841 and new built in 1953/54. It’s situated at the eastborder of the neighborhood Rote Insel (literally, Red Island). The red building is the Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt), may be translated as German Institute for Building Technology. |
