Experience the beauty of the Naked Micro Rasbora (Sawbwa Resplendens), a captivating Rasbora species with pale blue bodies and reddish orange faces and fins. These exquisite fish make a perfect addition to any nano tank, showcasing their vibrant colors and graceful demeanor. Best kept in groups of at least 6 fish, these schooling species thrive in larger groups of 20-30 specimens or alongside similarly sized and temperament fish for added comfort.
With their peaceful nature and flashy appearance, the Naked Micro Rasbora is a delightful choice for tropical freshwater enthusiasts. They thrive when housed with fellow peaceful tankmates and flourish in groups of ten or more. Active swimmers, they bring life and vitality to your aquarium, showcasing their fun personality. With proper care and attention, they can live up to four years, providing endless joy.
Keeping Naked Micro Rasboras is relatively straightforward with the right setup. Provide them with a well-planted aquarium that includes shaded areas to mimic their natural environment. Originating from the mountain lake of Inlé and the associated watershed in eastern Myanmar, these fish appreciate shallow water with floating plants, dense vegetation, and a darker substrate. Creating breaks in the line of sight will help keep your Rasboras content and comfortable.
At our establishment, we prioritize the health of our fish. Choose the Overnight (1 Day) shipping option to benefit from our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee, ensuring your Naked Micro Rasboras arrive in optimal condition.
Feeding Naked Micro Rasboras is a delight. Being naturally omnivorous, they enjoy a diet of small live foods such as baby brine, Daphnia, Blackworms, Bloodworms, and scuds. To ensure a balanced and nutritious diet, we supplement their meals with a mix of Northfin Veggie, Community, and Bug Pro.

Excellent shipping. Best packing from any company ive purchased from. Bravo.
Everyone arrived in great condition and healthy, couldn't ask for more!
I don't see the vibrant colors on them as I have seen on pictures or videos. Their color is actually rather plain. They just have a little bit of the pearlescent blue with light reddish on their nose and fins. I'm gonna wait and see, perhaps within time they will have more coloration. Aside from that, I'm happy with all my purchase from Flip Aquatics. These fish are healthy and been feeding them various things like krill flakes, frozen baby brine shrimp, daphnia, and even repashy community+. They will eat from the top but also pick on stuffs at the bottom of your tank. They are very peaceful and they get along with other fish in the tank. Shout out to Amelia from customer service and the staffs who packed my order (Samantha?). You guys rock!
I ordered 12 of these Rummynose Rasboras and received 13. All were healthy upon arrival and colored up within a couple of days. They are truly a colorful fish with a steel blue/grey body and an orange tail and nose. They tend to hover and dart small distances around the tank pausing to look at things. Another great shipment of fish from Flip. I highly recommend these although feeding them has been a little challenging. They seem most drawn to frozen foods and some kinds of Rapashy as they do like to peck at things on the bottom of the tank.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order more.
Those fishes are absolutely stunning!
