When I want to start the 30 days trial period of affinity designer 2, the faceID starts (where my Apple ID is shown for the trial period), it finishes positiv and after that a error message appears, saying that an error occurred for the trial period and it chancels it (sorry i can only translate it from German to English). Is this because I used the trail period years ago for affinity designer 1? Can I do something to get the opportunity to test affinity designer 2? No. They are separate applications, so that is not the problem. Can you get a screenshot before the error occurs?
