Does declustering work? #7
Comments
Hi, |
Hi, ... but it also paints your mainmap with pink clusters. nice side effect that I plan on removing. This state is temporary, but I'm not sure when I'll get back to properly fix it. |
Thank you! I’ll give it a try. I just wanted to make sure that this is not some fault with my computer.

Hi,
Yes, The declustering routines are not fully reimplemented yet. I just updated the working branch to make Reasenberg declustering operational, though it is in far from any final form. It does some voodoo that I'm going to have to investigate when I get the chance. But for now, it currently dumps the declustered catalog into the main workspace as declustered_catalog and in the Zmap Global namespace too: ZG.clustcat.

The Reasenberg declustering process has been greatly sped up. The declustering will also create variables in the workspace containing the declustered catalog and a table of the cluster details. It no longer plots magenta over your catalog. but it still says it will This is all in the latest master #9 . |
Great! I am on travel for couple of weeks but will give it a try after I
get back in the office.
Thank you.

Hi Sir,
|
I get "Decluster (Gardner & Knopoff)" menu was disable, how can I enabled it? |
Is anyone has the solution? |
Same problem....... Someone, please help. |
When will we get the Gardner & Knopoff declustering option as workable ? |
Only Reasenberg, but I have not updated the source file in a couple of months. If you made any recent changes, I would not see it in my version. SHould I update it?

Celso:
I am happy to see ZMAP7 available for use. I was wondering if declustering algorithms are supposed to be in working condition? I get error messages when I try to use those.
