View a list of public eucharistic processions taking place in parishes on the feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi), June 2:

Every year on the second Sunday after Pentecost, the Church observes the solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, also known as the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, which translates from Latin to “body of Christ.” The main purpose of this feast is to turn our focus to two manifestations of the body of Christ: the holy Eucharist and the Church.

The Church in the U.S. is currently engaged in a National Eucharistic Revival to help restore Catholics’ understanding of and devotion to this great mystery.

Parish Eucharistic Processions on the feast of Corpus Christi

If your parish is holding a eucharistic procession and you’d like to be included in the list below, please email details to [email protected].

The feast of Corpus Christi presents us with the ideal opportunity for eucharistic procession, the witness of the veneration toward the most holy Eucharist, conducted through public streets. These are opportunities to actively and visibly bring Jesus outside the walls of our churches and into the streets of our local communities. Several of our parishes will be participating in this public veneration of our Eucharistic Lord this weekend. All are welcome!
