I am a licensed Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field with individuals of all ages and all backgrounds. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and my Bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University. On a more personal note, my husband Matthew and I have two boys. We spend most of our summers enjoying the outdoors either on the baseball field or at our family cottage.

I am a certified TF-CBT therapist and have years of experience working with behavior modification techniques, anger management, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
