i've found this list of the verb (greifen) and its prefixes but they are basically a lot so i just wanted to know which ones do u use ? in order to skip the others that u don't use

you should probably study them. try to understand the Idea between the different prefixes, that will help with other verbs, too. example:
herausgreifen = to reach out of sth./to pick sth out of sth
herausgehen = to walk out of sth
herausgeben = to give/hand sth out of sth/ to publish sth.
there are specific meanings, like the publishing, but quite often the prefix give sich an idea of what the verb is about thats similar between the different verbs

they all mean sth specific, so you cant really choose one over the other. I use all of them, depending on the context
