"To pour" is liquids only.
"To serve" can be food or drinks, or balls in certain sports.

To pour is only done for liquids, and it's when you tilt the container so the water flows out. For example, I could pour you a cup of water, or I could pour out water that you didn't drink in the sink after you leave. To serve (when it comes to eating/drinking) is for when you're presenting food or a drink to someone. However, it also has another meaning which is "to provide" in general, like "That power company serves the whole city"

pour: drinks, soup
serve: drinks, soup + all food
Do not say "pour" if it is not like water.
