Alltäglich: It is something, which happens in the "Alltag" as part of everyday life. (it is the adjetive-form of "Alltag") it can more closly be translated as usual, nothing special, daily. "Im alltäglichen Leben, ist das Spannenste das Lesen der Zeitung." (As part of my everyday life, the most exciting is reading the newspaper)
täglich is more focused on the frequency. Stuff that happens every day.
"Täglich gehe ich zur Arbeit." (everyday, i go to work)
