there are 2 different meanings in boths cases.
1) moving (apartment etc.)
a) umziehen: to move ( to another place)
e.g "Ich bin umgezogen."
( I moved.)
but if you you say you moved TO a place you say "Ich bin nach Berlin gezogen/ in eine neue Wohnung gezogen." (I moved to Berlin/ into a new flat.)
b) ausziehen: to move out
e.g. "Ich bin ausgezogen." (I moved out.)
"Ich bin aus dem Haus ausgezogen." (I moved out of the house.)
2) clothes
a) umziehen: changing clothes
e.g. "Ich ziehe mich um." (I'm changing clothes.)
b) ausziehen: take off clothes
e.g. "Ich ziehe meine Jacke aus." (I take off my jacket.)
