Who we are
Initiative for Improved Humanity Foundation-IHF, a young Non-faith-based, Non-Governmental Organization was officially registered in April 2023, and born from a humane desire to support the underprivileged and marginalized in society. It is a fast-growing organization steered toward meaningful change and has expanded in capacity, ambition, and success stories.
Through a dedicated board of trustees and staff members, the organization strives to positively impact the lives of the vulnerable, oppressed, and, underrepresented in society.
At IHF foundation
We facilitate access to quality health care services, provide qualitative education to vulnerable children, enable sanitation hygiene in rural communities, ensure the availability of portable and quality drinkable water, Combat gender-based violence, and sexual exploitation affecting marginalized women, youths, and children, and eradicate poverty through empowerment and skill acquisition.
Focus areas

We provide access to clean water to individuals in deprived villages and reduce unhygienic practices of open defecation and environmental pollution in identified communities.

We create awareness of prevalent disease conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle modification in our clime and provide mobile community health services

— EMPOWERMENT
We empower women, youths, the impaired, and the aged to acquire social, medical, and financial support.

— EDUCATION
We provide learning resources, scholarships, and mentorship programs to children of school-age, living in rural communities and create standard educational opportunities for children aged 3-17 with physical, mental, sensory impairment and economic challenges.

— LEADERSHIP
We nurture effective leaders who can drive positive change in society and contribute to the growth of their community.

— SOCIAL INCLUSION
We tackle social injustice and exclusivity and the deprivation of equal rights faced by marginalized groups.
