Slow motion

Select a video or an audio on the Timeline.

Switch to the More Tools section and on the Vide Editing tab select Slow Motion.

Move the slider to adjust speed. The original speed is 100%.
If you' adding the slow motion effect to a video with an audio, the audio will have the slow motion effect as well. And the stronger the effect, the stronger the sound distortion. In this case you can mute the audio or delete it altogether.
