KAWASAKI W800 Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "KAWASAKI W800" custom by Webike community user "Bond". The W800 is an evolution of the W650, which was released in 1999 with a standard double-cradle frame and the W's signature "upright two-cylinder engine". The stainless steel exhaust is lighter and has a distinct exhaust sound. The heat color on the exhaust pipe is very beautiful. Due to the lowered ride height, the handlebar was replaced with HURRICANE's flat continental type 2. They are now 20mm closer to the rider for a more relaxed handlebar grip. To lower the W800, YSS SPORTS LINE rear twin shocks were installed. The rear shocks were changed from the stock 325mm to 300mm, which allows the rider to lean while still feeling rear traction. The heavy stock front and rear fenders were replaced with Daytona short stainless steel fenders, which not only reduce weight but also give the bike a cleaner overall look. and dependable performance while keeping the brand's old-school feel.
