Zusammenfassung
Die Haut ist das größte und präsenteste Organ unseres Körpers. Kutane Erkrankungen und Veränderungen sind vielfältig. Dazu gehören klassischerweise die traumatischen Wunden, aber auch bakterielle und virale Infektionen (Warzen). Sie könnt meist vom Kinder- und Jugendarzt behandelt werden. Von Relevanz ist auch die korrekte Unterscheidung zwischen einem blanden Coccygealsinus und einem Dermalsinus. Die vorgestellten „simple dimple rules“ helfen hier, Kinder mit Dermalsinus und Hinweis auf eine spinale Dysraphie zu identifizieren und der weiteren Diagnostik zuzuführen. Die Diagnose und das Management der von Lymphangiomen und vaskulären Malformationen sind oft komplex und müssen individuell und interdisziplinär erfolgen. Viele der häufigen Hämangiome, die sich immer spontan regredient zeigen und meist harmlos sind, kann der Kinderarzt betreuen. Nur bei komplizierten Verläufen ist der Chirurg gefragt. Gemeinsam mit dem Dermatologen erfolgt die Betreuung der Kinder mit Riesenzellnävi, die mit einer neurokutanen Melanose einhergehen können.
