Zusammenfassung
Reproduktionsmedizin beruht neben Fortpflanzungsphysiologie im Wesentlichen auf Embryologie und Entwicklungsbiologie. Dieses Kapitel versucht hierüber einen knappen Überblick zu geben und befasst sich mit den frühen Stufen der Schwangerschaftsentwicklung. Daneben erfolgt ein kurzer Einblick in endokrine und immunologische Prozesse dieses Bereichs.
