Zusammenfassung

Benigne Tumoren der Lunge sind selten im Vergleich zu den malignen primären Lungentumoren. Exogene Ursachen zur Ätiologie wie Nikotin, Umweltfaktoren etc. sind nicht bekannt. Im Vergleich zur Häufigkeit maligner Neoplasmen der Lunge liegt ihr Vorkommen in der Größenordnung von 4%.
