Zusammenfassung

Die Folgekrankheiten nach Magenresektion sind besonders gut untersucht, so daß heute eine zuverlässige Klassifikation möglich ist:

  • Frühdumpingsyndrom

  • Spätdumpingsyndrom

  • Syndrom der zuführenden Schlinge (Afferentloop-Syndrom)

  • Syndrom der abführenden Schlinge (Efferentloop-Syndrom)

  • Magenerythem, Gastritis

  • Oesophagusprobleme nach Magenresektion

  • Irrtümliche Gastro-(jejuno-)Ileostomie

  • Postoperatives Ulcus nach Magenresektion (U1cus pepticum jejuni)

  • Magenstumpfcarcinom

  • Allgemeine Postgastrektomieprobleme (Malabsorption, Anämie, Knochenveränderungen)
