Zusammenfassung
Vorbeugender arbeitsbezogener Gesundheitsschutz inklusive der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen und die diesbezüglich erforderliche Diagnostik beziehen sich nicht nur auf die im Anhang der Berufskrankheitenverordnung festgelegten Listen der Berufskrankheiten, sondern involvieren weit darüber hinaus Vorstadien, unfallartige Ereignisse und alle arbeitsbedingten Erkrankungen. Zu letzteren zählen die allergische, typischerweise mit lokaler Eosinophilie einhergehende Bronchitis, die nichtobstruktive Staubbronchitis, die chemisch irritative Rhinitis, das Organic-Dust-Toxic-Syndrom (ODTS), das Metallrauchfieber und das Sick-Building-Syndrom. Im Folgenden werden — soweit ein Bezug zu Berufskrankheiten besteht — entsprechende Hinweise gegeben.
