I highly recommend The Bohne Law Group for handling estate, trust, special needs, and real estate issues. Doug Bohne provided me excellent counsel. He asked questions, listened intently, quickly sorted out several entangled, complex legal issues, and helped me walk out of his office with a plan. He's straight forward, honest, and provided the advice and insight I needed to make some tough decisions. I felt that he genuinely cared about helping me.

I needed to update my family trust after my wife passed away. I spent about forty five minutes meeting with an associate (who is no longer there) on my first visit and about another thirty minutes to sign the revised trust. I was billed almost $5000 for this. The trust was done and simply had to be updated. I complained about the fee to Mr. Bohne and he agreed that some of the charges were somewhat excessive and said he would revise the bill and send an updated version to me. That was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Very disorganized and unprofessional .

Our Family has been dealing with the Bohne law group on a probate issue for over 3 years with not results.
promised followups don't happen . Left voice mails aren't returned, Points of contact leave and aren't replaced. Zero progress over 37 months. I have probated other will for family that were done in one third of the time.
Sad and for what they charge, even more so.

I thought it was important to share our experiences and lack lustre customer service with this firm. After waiting more than a month for someone to send promised agreements, our family has moved to another firm.
