Healthy Living at Home- Monterey

Do not use this agency. I was referred to this agency after being discharged from hospital. It's been one week trying to get started on physical therapy and still waiting. They don't answer their phones and when they do they say someone will call you back but they never do. The worse agency I have ever dealt with. I am calling my insurance to see if I can find a different agency.

I was referred to them after discharge from the convalescent hospital. I was visited nearly a week later by a nurse for an evaluation and then a few days later by an occupational therapist and later by a physical therapist for evaluations. Both were fine, but I never was contacted by the other physical therapists who were supposed to see me twice a week. I sent texts and left voicemails, but no communication. So I fired them.
