Paul Kirner was terrible. Before I new it I signed up with him to represent me in my divorce. I was meek and not sure and confident of my process. I looked to Paul to represent me in my best interest. He DID NOT. Paul agreed to take the lowest quote for the value of our home. Paul said I was better off then most women he represented. He never fought for me, and as 3 other attorneys reviewed my case, all said, "he did you an in Justice".
My Q-dro was not settled until way past the one year period, so that after I started to realize how he just did not respect my case and me as a woman, I asked for all my records and paperwork back .... I went to an other attorney and it was too late to go back and have my divorce reconciled. Ladies STAY AWAY FROM PAUL.
And his son has the arrogance to say I still owe them money and they added interest to it.
One attorney said I lost out on atlas $300,000.00 because of my attorney.
