The office is now located at 3100 University Blvd S Ste 300 Jacksonville 32216. There are ample parking spots. The office is at the 3rd floor of the building. There is an elevator. When you enter the building, it has a welcoming feel. The doctors and the staff are caring and definitely know their specialty. It is a growing office and you can see the improvement in their staff and service. One of the good pain management clinic in the area.

I was under the care of DR Perry Cole. He is extremely knowledgeable and very sensitive to his patients needs. I recently lost his service because of an update of my insurance. I am in the process of purchasing a PPO just to return to his care.

Dr. Florete is my hero! The absolute best Doctor around. I've known him since 1998, and his quality of care is over and above all. I trust him with my life. If five stars are the best, then he deserves all the stars in the heavens. Thank you Dr. Florete!

First 3 visits were awesome and hopeful after that Dr. Was demeaning mistrustful down right Hurtful! Recommending to go back in hospice care, it would be more convenient for him.always had a chip on his shoulder, several people committed nurse's would hate to have to go home to him. Anyway my life is AMAZING! Along with my marriage. No thanks to Dr hole.

I'm so grateful for Orles! This is Dr. Orlando Florete's new practice & he is back helping his former patients regain their lives. He had no idea that his former patients were being forced to reduce their meds, but he's back trying to make things better for us! I'm in such a better place than I was. I was told by IPS that since I didn't have active cancer they had to reduce my meds & sent me to get a pain pump, which I wouldn't have needed if they left my meds alone. Now 2 surgeries, numerous ER & doctor visits later I'm finally almost back to where I was before my meds were taken away & I may have a recurrence of cancer.

Shannon is the PA & Dr. Jawed Hussain & Dr. Cole are here as well! The staff is all amazingly nice, always greeting you with a smile & everything is handled almost instantaneously [mostly because they are a start up & not seeing a ton of patients yet ;)]. I'm so, so grateful!

I've been a patient of Dr Orlando Florete Jr for a good 8 -9 years all together I moved away then back in state of Florida had to hunt him down because of his exceptional care he is worth it .
He is caring compassionate & knowledgeable Pain management physician who takes an active role in my care.
I do not write reviews much but for this particular Dr
I am making the exception. he listens to his patients & works empathetically with us when most doctors today send us out to numerous physicians assistants.

I have been a patient of Dr. Orlando Florete since 2003. He is a very knowledgeable pain management physician. He is not a physician who just wants to prescribe pain meds and send you on your way, he will get to the root cause of your problem and preform the necessary procedures to eliminate your source of pain. Dr. Florete has preformed many procedures on me over there years to help me stay pain free and I am very grateful. Not only is he an excellent physician but also very caring and compassionate about his patient!

This place overcharges for the services. Office staff is very unprofessional. I'm a medical marijuana user and have switched to another company at the beaches that charges less than half of what Orles charges and requires a lot more time between visits. Orles gives me the impression of a scam outfit. The doctors were fine but the staff is not good at all. Can't ever get a hold of them. Have to always leave a message and wait for a call back. My new Dr. Office is easy to reach and answers the phone on the first try. Now that I requested my records to be transferred they decided to send me a bill for an appointment that I didn't have or if I did I guarantee you I called and canceled it. Probably had to leave a message that they ignored! Try Dr. Lichtman on Marsh Landing Parkway! Entire visit was pleasant and the staff was excellent!!

I have seen Dr. Florete and Shannon and Dr. Hussain mostly Florete he is so kind and compassiionate and has time for you. The office girls are great and that includes nurses. I can not see him losing any patient and if he does its the patient that loses out. Dr. Florete is the reason I can walk today without so much pain. Pain is real and it hurts and then it demenises other things you should be doing. I am glad they are not scared to use pain pills. Personally I hate having to take this med but I would never get up if I did not have them. Dr. Florete is so educated in pain control and he strives to help all he can and stayes on top of the medical advantages we can get. I think this dr. is my guardian angel.
