I love the workers! They're amazing and I'm in love with the dog I bought. The environment is amazing and you can tell the puppies are well taken care for!

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN NOW!!!
These dogs are in horrible condition. They are drinking out of hamster bottles and probably haven't had a bath in ages! And they are selling them for over $2000 that's insane!!
This should be illegal!!Helpful 1Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brian H.Westport, Louisville, KY03Aug 3, 2023
. They are selling sick, unvaccinated, unhealthy puppies from puppy mills to unsuspecting victims. We bought a dog from them in April and have spent thousands of dollars just keeping this dog alive. They refuse to accept responsibility for their carelessness and won't even respond to emails or phone calls at this point. They are ripping people off and selling sick dogs to everyone with no consequences! Avoid at all costs! These people are scum!

First of all the conditions they keep their dogs in are terrible! The dogs are drinking out of hamster water bottles and trapped in small glass cages. The puppies are from puppy mills and backyard breeders do not listen to the owner! 1st- No reputable, good breeder would EVER sell their puppies to a pet store 2nd- there are doodles (byb/unethical mutts- no hate on the breed only the breeder), being sold for thousands of dollars! I even saw a merle Frenchie and Boston terrier (out of standard) being sold for 5,000 and 3,000 dollars which is insane for a terribly bred dogs!! 3rd- you have absolutely no information of any of the puppies breeders or parents/pedigree to prove they are well bred or even from a real breeder. Dogs should not be bred just to make money they deserve to be bred ethically to live long healthy life's.

Animals living in what looks like a 4 by 4 box I wouldn't put my rabbit in. Forced to drink out of hamster water bottles. Overall neglect to the animals that are priced at $2,000 or more. Should be shut down. Treat others the way you would want to be treated!!!

I waited to write this hoping I wouldn't need to, but I am disgusted to read the things being said about Puppygram here in Louisville. I had a great experience and our little girl is a perfect joy. All these people complaining about puppies in cages are crazy. Have you ever been to a shelter? All the small dogs and kittens are kept in cages, (crates), if you like that term better. Those that bought puppies that subsequently got sick, I've got news for you. Puppies and kittens have immature immune systems and they are exposed to a lot, whether in a pet store or a shelter. I have adopted 3 kittens from Kentucky Humane Society. All 3 had health issues within the first few days. Upper respiratory issues, diarrhea, wouldn't eat. Thousands in vet bills. One died after 8 months. Was it Ky. Humane's fault? NO! They had no idea there would be a problem and neither did Puppygram when they sold those puppies who got sick. These things happen when everyone has the very best of intentions. If you can't afford a pet or aren't prepared for problems, maybe you shouldn't have a pet.
