3 Assembling the fork stem to the head tube

4 Adjustment
Screw the upper head cup to a position where the fork stem can
be turned lightly without interference,
Next step, fix the upper head cup by use of the exclusive
Shimano spanner (Model TL-HP10) and tighten the lock nut.
Torque should be 300 ~ 400kgfcm (2680 ~ 350 in.lbs). When
using a thinner head tube, the handle stem should be assembled
before tightening the lock nut,

parts tool (Model TL-HP10)
