e Be sure to use the sprocket fixing bolt, sprocket spacer and
gear (for the 7-speed or 6-speed type) as a set. Note that the
spline gear (except the built in spacer type) can be used in
common for the 7-speed and 6-speed types.

(Shimano CN-6208, CN-7400, etc.).
Assembling the gears
Install each gear so that the mark (indicating the number
of teeth) is at the top.

For the 7-speed type ...
Align the concave part (mark) with the position of the
sprocket fixing bolt, and then install.

Note: Sprocket spacer A and fixing bolts are unnecessary
if a second gear with 13-teeth is used.
For the 6-speed type ...
Align the three notches (*mark) of sprocket spacer А
with the position of the sprocket fixing bolt, and then
install.

Note: Sprocket spacer A and fixing bolts are unnecessary
if a top gear with 12-teeth is used.
Replacement of the freewheel body
After removing the hub axle, remove the freewheel body
fixing bolt (in the freewheel body), and then replace the
freewheel body.
Note: Do not attempt to disassemble the freewheel
body, because to do so may lead to problems.

To change the hub axle assembly from 6-speed use to
7-speed use, move the washer (1.2mm) from the left
side of the hub axle to the right side.
