FH-6402-HG Freehub
CS-HG90-8 Cassette Sprocket
For proper and safe performance, read and follow these instructions
carefully.
EH HG sprocket teeth configurations
Hl Notes
e Always be sure to use the HG (Hyper Glide)
sprocket set bearing the same group marking.
Never use in combination with a sprocket

Installation of the HG sprocket

For each sprocket, the surface that has
the group mark should face outward and
positioned so that the triangle (A) mark
on each sprocket and the A part (where
the groove width is wide) of the
freewheel body are aligned.
The groove width is wide at one place
only.
y Disassembly
e For installation of the HG sprocket, use the special tool (TL-HG15) to tighten
the lock ring.
( Tightening torque: 300~500kgfcm (260~430in.Ibs.) )
e To replace the HG sprocket, use the special tool (TL-HG15) and TL-SR20
to remove the lock ring.
