Pixie Lott is the latest celebrity to unveil a stunning hair transformation that very much lives up to her name – and we are living for it.
The 32-year-old has almost exclusively rocked long blonde locks for years, occasionally venturing into shorter length territory and opting for a fringe back in her All About Tonight era of 2011.
On Wednesday evening, however, the singer revealed that she had taken the plunge and gone for a radical new look.
Uploading pictures to Instagram Pixie showed off her cropped platinum-blonde hair, which had been chopped into a dramatic pixie cut, with a fashionable wispy fringe at the front and neat shorter layers art the back.
‘PIXIE cut,’ she captioned the shots, which showed her posing for a few selfies in a patterned black dress and striking silver disc-style earrings.
In the third image, she showed off the back of her new hairstyle using a mirror behind her head.
Husband Oliver Cheshire, who she married in 2022 after a six-year engagement, was a big fan of his wife’s – real name Victoria – new look.
‘So cute 😍😍,’ he commented – and that seemed to be the overall theme, with Kimberly Wyatt and former Love Island host Laura Whitmore echoing his thoughts.
‘ABSOLUTELY love it 😍,’ added Formula 1 presenter Natalie Pinkham, while Holly Ramsay replied: ‘Love!!’
Pixie was last on our screens at the end of 2022, when her mentee was crowned winner of The Voice Kids.
Champion Israella Chris, 14, also landed the pretty sweet gig of performing at Pixie’s wedding in the summer, which she called ‘amazing’, and praised the star for looking ‘like she came out of a Disney film’.
