Our description
Evangelia's Family House is a new accommodation at just a short walk from Trani Ammouda beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Situated in the paradise courtyard in Ormos Panagias, this villa has all our recommendations for a quiet family vacation in a great location for sightseeing in Sithonia. In addition to the beautifully landscaped courtyard, the accommodation has also a very high level of hygiene and new furniture.
The distance from the sea is about 300m, while the center is at about 900m, while the bigger market can be found at about 1km.
The house was last time renovated in 2015.
Evangelia's Family House offers ten studios (25m2) with a balcony (5m2). Six studios are equipped with one double bed and a folding sofa for two, while four are with one double bed and bunk beds. From 2023, there are three more Deluxe studios on offer, located on the ground floor, one of which is a two-bed (25m2), one three-bed (30m2), and one four-bed (35m2). All Deluxe studios have one double bed, the three-bed studio has an additional bed for one person, and the four-bed studio has two additional beds for one person.
Studios are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Kitchens are equipped, with refrigerators with a freezer compartment (some are larger, some of them are smaller) and a microwave in some studios. In the bathrooms, showers have a glass from one side. A hairdryer is also provided.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 days, while the garbage is taken away every day.
In the yard, there's a small playground for children and since the location is quiet, it's ideal for families with children. There's covered parking in a spacious courtyard, as well as a charcoal BBQ grill, also covered.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road and entering Ormos Panagias at the entrance on the left that leads to Trani Ammouda Beach. You will drive down that road and when you reach the accommodation Anna Pousi, after 50m you will turn into a smaller street on the left. Follow the signs and after 100m you will reach the accommodation.
The accommodation is a great choice for all of those who want a quiet holiday, close to a beautiful beach.

Owners description
Our home is nestled in a 4000m2 lush green garden, with a lawn, trees, and flowers, 300m from the Livrohio beach (Trani Ammouda), one of Halkidiki's most beautiful beaches (Blue Flag awarded every year). Each of our studios can comfortably accommodate up to four people. They are fully equipped, with a kitchen, cooking utensils, refrigerator, TV, A/C, bath with a hair dryer, and large balcony or porch with table and chairs. The surrounding area has private parking, a children's playground, a charcoal BBQ grill, as well as a gazebo where guests can enjoy coffee or a meal.
Ormos Panagias port is 400m away, with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and bars as well as a bus stop with daily routes to and from Thessaloniki, while in Agios Nikolaos (3km) there's a medical center, pharmacy, post office and ATM.
The friendly surroundings, the hospitality of the owners, and the beauty of the area are sure to leave you with the loveliest of memories.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Boravili smo u avgustu 2023. 12 dana u tri apartmana. Opšta ocena je da je cena previsoka za ono što se nudi. Čistoća je na visokom nivou i apartmana i dvorišta. Lokacija je ok, na 5 min hoda od plaže i 15 min hoda od Ormos Panagiasa. Apartmani sa krevetima na sprat su manji i generalno mali za 4 osobe, a kupatila posebno. Tuš kabina ima samo jedno staklo prema wc šolji, ostalo je sve otkriveno, tako da nema šanse da se istuširate a da ne pokvasite celo kupatilo. Pritisak vode je slab, tako da je teško istuširati se lepo toplom vodom. Dobra alternativa su četiri tuša u dvorištu (od kojih jedan sa ogradom), svi sa toplom vodom, tako da možete da se istuširate napolju. U apartmanu u prizemlju je bilo mrava i u tom apartmanu nije radio fen. U drugom nije radila mikrotalasna. Nameštaj je moderniji i noviji, a posuđe je uglavnom raspareno, nema ga dovoljno i starije. Dvoriše je lepo, veliko i održavano sa igračkama za decu. Kad smo mi bili bilo je jako puno dece i gazde su im ponekad branili da se igraju u dvorištu i stišavali ih. Ako niste sa decom pretpostavljam da buka iz dvorišta smeta jer su sve terase okrenute ka igralištu. Inače se zvukovi među apartmanima čuju, a pogotovo sa terasa, jer između terasa su samo niski paravani. Parking je dovoljno velik za sve goste i natkriven, tako da su automobili u hladu. Sve ukupno, mi nismo bili nezadovoljni, ali mislim da je cena ovog smeštaja previsoka.
