2014: Ran 22.87 for 200 meters and 49.54 for 400 meters indoors. Placed third in 4-by-400-meter relay, sixth in 200 and eighth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Placed first in 200 and 4x400 at Carthage Invitational and ran on winning 4x400 relay (3:19.38) at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Placed first with distance medley relay team (10:14.15) at Cardinal Opener. Competed at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 4x400 relay, placing ninth. Ran 22.36 for 200 meters and 48.69 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed fourth in 4-by-100-meter relay and eighth in 200 and 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on ninth-place 4x400m relay at Drake Relays which posted North Central's best time of the season (3:12.77) and ran on winning 4x400m relay at Wheaton Twilight Meet. Earned All-America honors with fifth-place finish in 4x400 at Division III Outdoor Championships.
2013: Ran 22.26 for 200 meters, 49.28 for 400 meters, and 3:19.05 for the 4x400 meter relay indoors. Finished third in 400-meter dash (49.77), finished second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:21.38) and finished first in the Distance Medley Relay (9:58.89) at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor Championsips in the 400m dash (49.28), also qualified in the 4x400m relay (3:18.87). Outdoors, ran 23.20 for 200 meters and 48.48 for 400 meters. Placed second in 400 and 4x400 relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in 4x400 relay, placing 12th.
2012: Placed first at the CCIW Indoor Championships in the 200 meters (22.19). Placed fifth in the 400 meters (49.25) and earned a National Championship in the 4x400 meter relay (3:16.11) at the Division III Indoor Championships. Placed fourth in the 200 meters (22.17) and second in the 400 meters (48.66) at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed third in the 4x400 meter relay (3:10.99) at the Division III Outdoor Championships to earn All-America honors.
2011: Ran 50.75 for 400 meters indoors, placing eighth at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 22.42 for 200 meters and 48.63 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed sixth in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on two 4x400-meter relay squads which provisionally qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships as declared alternate for 4x400 relay.
