Hi, I’m Kristina.

I am a Singer/Songwriter/Life Enthusiast.

Years ago, after randomly having a bad panic attack I started experiencing symptoms of depersonalizion/derealization. At first, I had no idea what was happening and was convinced I was losing my mind. This was the beginning of the darkest 2 years of my life. All of my surroundings seemed hazy and not real, I felt disconnected from my body and the people around me. This lead to horrifying panic attacks and the most terrifying existential intrusive thoughts. It was the most debilitating experience of my life and I truly was convinced I had some rare, incurable condition and would never be able to enjoy life again. I got blood work, brain scans, tried EDMR therapy, light therapy, different diets, supplements, read every forum/article/story that exists on the internet on this subject, watched every video, bought every audiobook, every course, studied cognitive behavioral therapy, read endless books on neuroscience and the nervous system, spoke with different therapists who specialize in dissociative disorders, tried neurofeedback. Everything you can imagine - I tried to find answers/relief through. Eventually I found my way out of it and today I am 100% fully healed from DPDR. I’ve never felt as full of joy and excited about life as I do today and can honestly say it made me a stronger, happier person. 


My intention for creating this course was to provide you with the tools and answers necessary so that it won’t take you as long as it took me to overcome this. I hope this course can save you years of frustration/fear and break it down really simply for you. The pathway to healing is easier than you might think once you realize the key things and don’t overcomplicate it.
