Coach Storino says “Aric White is a 5’10 170 WR/DB who was 2nd team ALL-Conference last year. He’s the emotional leader of the group. He runs 4.65 in the 40 and has great route-running abilities. He’s an FCS player or a steal at D2 in my opinion. He could end up playing WR or DB in college – he’s equally talented at both positions. He’s very physical and plays the ball well in the air”.

LET’S GET TO KNOW ARIC

What is the toughest part of a Seton La Salle practice?

Battling through tired reps for sure.

What are your goals for the 2023 season?

1000 yards at receiver with first-team offense and defense

Coming off of a hard season that would see you guys go 0-10, what will you guys need to change to have a better season?

We have been working a lot together compared to past seasons. The team has a strong bond now with lots of trust. I fully believe this will be a turnaround year.

What have been your favorite and least favorite memories on the football field?

My favorite memory had to be my first touchdown this past season with it being my second year of football. My least favorite is cramping 7 times against Steel Valley lol.

Do you like playing wide receiver or defensive back better? Explain.

Has to be receiver. Being able to feel loose and create that spark in the offense is a feeling of no other.

Who has been the best player you have gone against, along with the team he played for?

This guy is very slept on!!! It has to be Amire Spencer at Serra Catholic.

What are you looking forward to the most this season?

To be a leader and role model for our younger guys and those to come. I want to be able to show them anything is possible.

With this being your last high school football season, have you approached things any differently than you have in the past?

Yes, I want to enjoy my last year and take care of business. Leave a good name for myself at Seton LaSalle.

Out of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best atmosphere?

South Park has a beautiful stadium with a fun and active student section.

After the season is over, what would it mean to you if you earned an invite to the Big-33 game or to the East vs. West game?

That would be a true blessing and something I would 100% take advantage of. Being able to represent my family in something as big as that would be amazing.

Do you feel that you and your teammates are role models to the younger kids who come and root for you to win?

Yes, we not only focus on football but character development as well.

Who is the only player on your team you go to if you need advice on anything to do with football?

Omalley Daly. We’ve been friends for years and both strive to do damage on the field. Definitely, a name colleges want on their list.

What is one food you enjoy that most others do not?

SEAFOOD!!!!

What is your favorite class or subject?

Modern Media (photography)

What is the most boring sport to watch on TV?

Gotta be golf! Everybody sleeps on tennis I’m telling you lol.
