Adele and Rich Paul’s complete relationship timeline

“Rumor Has It” Adele and Rich Paul are happy as can be in their notoriously private relationship.

The couple have sparked both engagement and marriage rumors as the singer has been rocking a pear-shaped diamond ring on that finger.

Adele has sported the jewelry on multiple occasions since she began publicly dating the sports agent in the summer of 2021, months after finalizing her divorce from ex- husband Simon Konecki.

Here’s a look at how the Grammy winner’s romance with Paul kicked off — and where it stands now.

Dropping hints

Paul first teased his relationship with Adele in a May 2021 New Yorker profile, revealing he had been “hanging out” with a “major pop star.”

The Klutch Sports Group founder clarified at the time that he was “single” and “not dating” while “hanging out” with the A-lister.

Going public

Two months after Paul’s cryptic comments, he and the “Rolling in the Deep” singer were photographed sitting courtside at a Milwaukee Bucks vs. Phoenix Suns basketball game.

A source subsequently confirmed to Page Six that the duo were “100 percent” an item.

Adele debuted her boyfriend via Instagram in September 2021 after several public dates, including Robert Kraft’s birthday party and multiple West Hollywood dinners.

The viral photo, taken at a wedding, finished off an Instagram slideshow captioned with a heart emoji.

Paul smiled in a velvet tuxedo in the sweet snap, as Adele cuddled up to him in a Schiaparelli gown.

“BEAUTIFUL COUPLE,” one of the Golden Globe winner’s followers wrote, with another adding, “Nice to see you so happy.”

Gushing over her guy

While speaking to Rolling Stone in November 2021, Adele swooned over her “incredible” and “openhearted” partner, calling their relationship her “easiest” to date.

“I always had this fear from a really young age that you’re going to leave me anyway, so I’m going to leave or I’m not going to invest myself in anything,” the songwriter said, crediting Paul with removing her fear of “loneliness.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Adele reflected on how “f–king devastated” and “embarrassed” she was by her and Konecki’s 2019 breakup.

Future family plans

Adele, who shares son Angelo with Konecki, told “Desert Island Discs” podcast listeners in July 2022 that she “definitely would like a couple more kids.”

She noted, “It would be wonderful if we can. If not, I’ve got Angelo. I just want to be happy.”

Paul also has children of his own — Reonna, Richie and Zane — and he talked about expanding his family further in a June 2022 interview.

“As a young dad, growing a business, it was pretty tough,” he told E! News at the time. “[Now], I’d be a different dad. I’m looking forward to being a different dad.”

Engagement and marriage rumors

After showing off her Lorraine Schwartz sparkler in February 2022, Adele played coy about proposal rumors on “The Graham Norton Show,” asking, “If I was [engaged], would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t?”

Adele set the record straight in August of the same year, clarifying to Elle that she is “not engaged” and “just love[s] high-end jewelry.”

However, the Oscar winner sent tongues wagging again when she referred to Paul as her “husband” during her Las Vegas residency in September 2023. Two months later, she reportedly proclaimed, “I did!” when Alan Carr asked at his comedy show whether anyone in the audience had recently gotten married.
