Intended purpose

The Vivellio app is health software that is designed to store, communicate and display health data and to carry out simple searches in it. In the context of data processing, there is no automated, individualized interpretation of the health data for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.

Data protection and data security

Information about one's own health is particularly sensitive. Protecting your data from any unauthorized access has the highest priority.

Your Vivellio account is protected by password, Touch ID or Face ID.
Vivellio only stores data in encrypted form. Your data is therefore not readable for third parties. Ongoing security checks by external companies and monitoring by independent data protection officers form an additional control body that all requirements of the GDPR are complied with and an objective view is always ensured.

Your data will only be saved within the EU and in specially certified data centers with the highest security standards.
