Hendrik Schote

Hendrik Schote began their work experience as the Chief Operating Officer at exporto in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at fischer group, starting in 2011. At fischer group, they held various roles, including Director of Supply Chain Operations/Logistics, Head of Logistics Solution Management and Strategy, and Manager of Supply Chain Management. In these roles, Hendrik was responsible for overseeing warehousing, distribution, transportation, order management, material management, customs, and CIP activities. Hendrik successfully implemented supply chain performance management systems, improved service levels during global challenges, and increased logistics capacities. Hendrik also played a key role in developing supply chain strategies, establishing distribution centers, improving performance in Asia, reducing costs, and implementing SAP templates. Their expertise in planning processes and change management was critical to the success of these projects.

Hendrik Schote completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Big data management at the University of Liverpool from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Controlling from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2008 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including IoT-Grundlagen: Technologie und Anwendungsmodelle, Lean Six Sigma – Grundlagen, Microsoft Teams: Arbeiten mit Dateien, and Operative Exzellenz – Grundlagen, all in December 2020.
