Trading name of Axa and was a very competitive price and it all went swimmingly! It’s all online too, which saves another tree somewhere on the planet, plus they are going to plant 2 trees.

Different variations in policy's let's…

Different variations in policy's let's me pick the one that suits my needs best. No point in paying for some options I don't need. So far quite straight forward at a very competitive price.

Was easy to complete with no stupid…

Was easy to complete with no stupid emails asking for proof of no claims, it was all automated.
Was I disappointed with the breakdown insurance offered that turned out to only be within 15 miles from home, I couldn't see how to change that. 15 Miles is absolutely useless as my mechanic will cover that. Its also impossible to change the breakdown policy once its started.

Just insured my car with moja was an…

Just insured my car with moja was an axa customer but went with you as you were cheaper even though you are the same company. Only one problem cannot log into my account as it is blocked and coming up as unsafe

We’re not very technically minded at…

We’re not very technically minded at our age (nearly 80) but we found the website easy to use and got the insurance we wanted at a very good price

My policy is scheduled to start…

My policy is scheduled to start tomorrow so can only review the process so far, but from confused to moja the policy was a breeze to setup, maybe 5 minutes checking all details to paid with email confirmation.

How can my email address be wrong when I can log into my account and send messages plus after a years clean driving with you my insurance went up,

Moja website blocked by Avast

I tried to login to my Moja car insurance account this morning via Google Chrome and via Mozilla Firefox both paths are blocked by Avast warning about phishing. The same thing happens with all the links found for Moja please help. Following your reply recommending use of Safari or Edge search engines the same outcome occurs access blocked by Avast.

Easy to arrange cover on-line for my car. The premium cost was the best I could find, and about 26% lower tan I was quoted for renewal by my previous insurance company

I was given a quote for this company from a comparative website. When looking at the cover given by others this company gave me the same cover for a lower price. Their site is easy to use and my certificate was ready to see after payment
