Stanley #60 brass-bound 24″ carpenters folding level, marked “Second”

Description

Very clearly a Stanley #60, but not marked with the Stanley Rule and Level trademark — instead, it says “second”.  Not sure what the problem was, but the rule appears slightly bowed.  It does not have the pins that insert on the “face” side, so I’m guessing that the bow was indeed the reason it was rejected.   Scales are completely readable and I think the rule is quite serviceable.
