A must have item for anyone with mountain bike shoes. After a while the cleat nuts inside your shoes will fail. Having a couple of these in your tool box is a life saver. If you ride in a good deal of water or in my case snow in the winter you'll want to change these out ever so often. For me once ever year or two. Just to be safe it's a good idea to inspect them for corrosion and change them out when necessary.

Thanks for next to nothing. You need to be clear that this is only one cleat. Great! Now it will be a month since I first started ordering cleats and the plates that didn't come with them and were supposed to. Could you try to be a little better citizen of the world and help people instead of making folks order again and again. This is not your first review to cite the problem you create. I said thanks for nothing, I meant to say no thanks for all the extra time, effort and delay of exercise you have created for me
