Why does the mouse cursor stop after short movement?

Because this mouse jiggler has pause function. The pause time is selectable among 10s/30s/3min/1-60s random. The wheel will rotate, pause, rotate, pause in cycle instead of nonstop movement. This functioning is normal NOT defective.

The cursor is moving slowly, is that normal?

Mouse cursor moving speed depends on the position that you put the mouse sensor on turntable. The further away from the center point, the faster the motion is. So we advise you to put mouse sensor on the turntable side instead of center when using!

What should I do if the mouse mover is not working?

1.If it’s powered on properly, the light will go on. 2.Please make sure to put mouse sensor on the turntable area! 3.Do Not put mouse sensor on the center point of the turntable! Or the mouse pointer may not move. 4.Please let us know for solution.

Yes, it’s normal with this mouse mover. When you put mouse on the wheel, though the mouse doesn’t move, the wheel will spin to make the mouse pointer move on the computer screen and keep screen active.

Worked great for me, but not on Bluetooth connected mouse

I use this often. Works as advertised. You should know that I have a mouse that connects to one computer by BT and the other by a universal USB dongle. I could not get the jiggler to work when my MS mouse was connected to the computer by BT. But it works perfectly when wirelessly connected via USB.
I'm guessing this is an issue with my mouse, and not the unit's fault. So I deduct no starts for that.
I had to switch my connections to use the jiggler, putting the BT mouse on the computer I didn't need/want to work with jiggler. No big deal, that's an easy switch.

The movement is so subtle but it definitely works. At first I was confused since I replaced my last mouse jiggler with this one. The previous mouse jiggler was way too loud for my taste. Even though it was marketed at quiet, it was not. I heard every time the motor moved and the mouse movement was very obvious on the screen. With this jiggler, the mouse barely moves. But as described, this is how they keep the motor quiet. It works. It takes awhile to find the perfect spot to get the mouse to move but once you do, the mouse moves perhaps 1 px every half second, depending on your settings. Works for me. If you don't want to hear your jiggler, definitely get this one!

My first wriggler broke. It was mechanical, noisy, and inexact. However it did a fine job. I purchased this one because of the good reviews and those have proven themselves accurate. A subtle movement, that is quiet, drives this wriggler. I can easily place the mouse atop of the stage and it works immediately. It is reliable. I like the different settings too and my favourite is the random movement. It is slim and elegant and is a lovely feature in my home office. But why a wriggler? Sure some slackers must see this as a fantastic hack. For the rest of us though, it brings humanity into a homework situation. It reduces anxiety and manages those sticky beak colleagues who work for presenteeism. Australian office culture has always had an obsession with “being in the office” without actually managing performance. So, for those who get their work done but can finally get rid of the shackle and emotional drain of being always present, this one is for us.
