Like many others, I have been suffering from chronic intestinal pain, bloating and cramping for twenty years. I have tried ALL the meds the doctors have thrown at me as well as thousands of dollars on promising dietary supplements. During more research, I read about this new supplement. I liked the idea that a caring GI doctor had come up with this due to frustration in helping his patients. Most GI doctors are pretty useless for treating IBS-C or whatever it is that constantly bothers my gut! I react very strongly to so many dietary supplements! I can't take any vitamins or anti-constipation products without severe pain. Probiotics usually make it worse. Because of my history with having bad reactions with most products, I only swallowed one pill during dinner and anxiously waited for the pain of a protesting gut to begin. It never happened. About an hour after I swallowed one pill, I felt a bit of discomfort, but this is common for me whenever I eat any food at all, and it was mild compared to what I'm used to on a daily basis. At the time, I was having a bout of "bad pain", which can have me couch bound in pain for weeks/months. It appeared that the Atrantil maybe helped reduce the severity of the bad bloating, cramping pain and I recovered faster than normal. Once I've been on one pill for about a week, I will increase to two per meal, but probably no more than that as I am super paranoid I might experience more pain. If this actually helps, I will be singing to the rooftops because in 20 years, NOTHING has helped!! So far, this has been the only supplement Ive ever taken that did NOT cause pain! That in itself is a miracle!! I recommend trying it because if it can me, it might help you too!! Watch this space, I'll update!

I have Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and IBS. I have unique diet that I have to follow otherwise I will be in extreme pain after eating. One other issue is near constant bloating and pressure. These have definitely assisted in helping with bloating and have become a part of my daily regiment. The travel pack is rather expensive for the number of pills but the 90 pack is much more affordable. Must try for anyone who has bloating or gas build up.
