It’s quite heavy so it might take two people to get it hung on a wall. With two people it was easy to install. In my case it’s hung on a metal pole on my dock. The hose is heavy duty and overall it’s very sturdy. It can swing out of the way so we don’t run into it. Looks nice once it’s installed. Good value for the money. I recommend it!

This hose reel is pretty heavy so you have to be sure to anchor it well whereever you locate it. It comes with bolts to mount but perhaps I missed the info --- the bolts require a 12mm drill bit --- metric bits are not as easy to find, so plan ahead.

I purchased in Oct (fall) of 2023. Cold so no need to mount or use. Very heavy for older people I could not mount so waited till grandson was able to mount (out of warranty by this time. BROKEN Retractor lock does not work . Amazon will not take care of because of warranty limit (should be exception). Amazon gave me phone number to contact Gilbest (manufacturer) when I called I got an auction house! Online only Amazon and Chinese site show up. Not able to contact Gilbest.... all aspects of this purchase suck....
I do not recommend this product. $190 down the drain.
