Cookie butter creme candies
These little holiday caramels are exactly what I would expect from Werther's, delicious and high quality. Biting into one of these is a true delight, as you first squish your teeth through the tender caramel, then the buttercream follows oozing out over your taste buds. The packages are designed with a winter holiday theme, and would make a suitable gift for coworkers, friends, or family.Suggestion for Santa: The bags might fit into a very large stocking, but a handful of the little individually wrapped candies inside would make a wonderful addition to a regular size stocking.I would be proud to put these out in a candy dish over the holidays, or serve with milk and cookies for Santa. They are quite rich and decadent though, at 30 calories per candy. No wonder Santa is so jolly and has such a jiggling belly.

The caramel candy is chewy and great, just like you'd expect from Werther's, but the cookie butter crème filling really takes this candy up a notch or two.
OMG - if you think potato chips are addictive, try eating just one of these. For me, it was impossible! Thankfully, I have 3 bags - so it should last a day or two, lol.
This is not your grandma's Werther's candy, but I bet she would love it!

These Werther's Original Cookie Butter Soft Caramels are phenomenal. They have a chewy caramel outside with the incredible caramel flavor one expects from Werther's. The filling is a sweet and smooth cookie butter creme. These are delicious! They should come with complimentary dental insurance though because they are the type of chewy candy that really sticks to your teeth so you've been warned. You can suck on them to save your teeth and make them last longer though. I am pleased that the serving size is 5 pieces which is a good handful. These make for a great anytime treat or holiday candy bowl filling.
